The next instalment of the #purepotential campaign: a social media activation that gets people to seek inspiration by instagramming a photo of their fridge. One of Smirnoff’s online bar tenders gets back to you with a suggestion for a cocktail, based on what they can see in your fridge.
You then get sent a personalised video showing you how to make the cocktail.
The campaign was very successful, with fridges being uploaded, shared and viewed over 200,000 times
It’s an innovative use of Instagram that takes the message straight to where our target audience reside.
The campaign has inspired a unique booklet of cocktail recipes called ‘What’s in your fridge?’. This will be distributed at off licences across the country.
